We ship worldwide! Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship via USPS. You will automatically receive a tracking number once your order has be processed and it has shipped.

When an item is made just for you, please understand that this can take some extra time and your patience is greatly appreciated. Made to order items can take between 3-4 weeks or sooner depending on our order volume. Returns, exchanges, refunds:

Personalized and/or made to order items are non refundable. However we can make adjustments and or exchange certain products. Please contact us with your issue. contact@gorjazz.com

We are not responsible if you provide us with a misspelled name, incorrect address, or choose the incorrect size on made to order items.

Order not received: 
If you have not received an email with your tracking information indicating your order has shipped, that means your order is still in process. If you have received a shipping confirmation but your order is missing, please contact the post office directly. We are not responsible for missing packages and can not help locate missing packages. 
Packages returned to us for incorrect addresses will be reshipped, however customers are responsible for the additional shipping cost. ​
